The Clark Realty Community Fund was established in January 2005 as a component fund of the Hawaii Community Foundation.
Contributions made to CRCF are used to make grants to support Big Island programs that promote lifelong learning, promote healthy lifestyles, promote an appreciation of the local environment, promote an appreciation of the arts, or work to meet social needs.
Clark Realty has a long history of supporting community activities where its employees live and work. This Fund creates an even greater opportunity for Clark agents, staff and clients to connect with their community through charitable giving.
“CRCF was conceived by our founder, Putty Clark, as a company-wide program of giving back to the Big Island community that would appeal to our agents and staff and perhaps even to our clients,” says Frank Goodale, President of Clark Realty. “The fund was set up under the umbrella of the Hawaii Community Foundation, a well-established, respected leader in managing charitable giving throughout our state.”
“One of the strongest precepts of Clark Realty is the importance of caring for each other and for our island. We’re very proud of our agents and staff who commit many hours of their limited personal time to help community organizations island-wide. The Community Fund honors their leadership by making it even easier for all of us to give to the people of the Big Island who give so much to us.”
The Clark Realty Community Fund is a registered 501(c)(3) corporation. Contributions are tax-deductible and can be made by mail or online to Hawai‘i Community Foundation for the Clark Realty Community Fund.
